Just returned from Magic Kingdom, Winnie the Pooh attraction was open and changes were not THAT notable.

Carousel of Progress was open too.
 
What were you expecting them to do to Pooh? The rehab was for safety features and the only item that would be noticeable to guests would be the safety gates.
