i have a bet with my niece...I need to know who says the quote: If you live to be one hundred, then i want to live to be one hundred minus one day, so that i never have to live without you. AND i need to know who it was said to....
Thanks for any help.:confused3

I have a plaque with that on it, but since it was on my desk and I am not presently working, it's packed away. I believe Winnie said it to Christopher robin.

thank you!!! i win! my niece said wtp said it to piglet. haha Jansen! can you tell me which movie?

It may be in the movie, but A.A. Milne never wrote that line. It comes from "Pooh's Little Instruction Book" which was inspired by A.A. Milne but written by someone else. So, it isn't really said to either Piglet or Christopher Robin.

I remember trying to look it up, and couldn't find it in a "real" book.

This is the closest that the actual books actually come (the first speaker is Christopher Robin):

"Pooh, promise you won't forget about me, ever. Not even when I'm a hundred."
Pooh thought for a little. "How old shall I be then?"
"Ninety-nine."
Pooh Nodded. "I promise," he said.
