Winnie the Pooh and Dooney & Bourke

Hi...wondering where in any of the parks the new Winnie the Pooh Dooney bags are? Are there any DVC or AP discounts on Dooney and Bourke? I bought a Dooney bag last year at Wilderness Lodge and I could swear that I did get a DVC discount.

July 16th I purchased my Pooh bag at Ever After Jewelry in Disney Springs. I was able to use my DVC discount!

All discounts apply and they should be available in the jewelry store in MK, Mouse Gears at Ep and in DS to start.
