My mom won an ipod nano at her company picnic. She aked me "this plays music right" I'm going to load it with music for her and give her one of my old docks so she can listen to music on the porch. Last year she won a $100 gift card for the cafeteria at her job

I've won lots of stuff but never anything really big. I did win the LMT contest in 2009 and got 3 free nights at the Disneyland Hotel. That was wonderful!

Oh the timing of this question

Last year I was one of the lucky ones to win a hotel stay on the LMT deal. Won a 7 night stay in Nashville, but my most current and fun win is the Velveeta Shells and Cheese Backyard Concert with Rodney Atkins. We're currently in the planning stages. It's going to be a blast!

When I was working at a major dept. store where I live, I won a sales contest and the prize was an eight day, seven night trip to Hawaii. I won it right when I was getting married, so we got to use it for our honeymoon. It was awesome! A few years later, DH won a four day, three night cruise to the Bahamas in a sale contest he had. It was just as awesome as the Hawaii trip.

Has anyone ever won a disney vacation?

In 1987 my mom won a disney trip for 4..in a simple drawing at Long John Silver's I think it was. I was 14 YO.
It was our first trip, and it was first class all the way, it included airfare, staying on property, food, etc...amazing!
Everyone has always called my mom lucky, cause she has also won other things, like a diamond ring..two bikes..& some smaller stuff.

And in 2004, I won a '04 Mini Cooper from a FYE Sweepstakes, it was some promotion for the Italian Job movie. I didn't believe it when they called me, of course..then I got the paperwork in the mail. Got to go on the mini cooper website and pick it out to my specifications. We sold it before we ever drove it..the money was better for us than having that totally cool but tiny car!

My son won a trip to Disney World this past June. Every year a local radio station gives 10 local kids a 5 day trip. Every week for ten weeks they choose a child who deserves it. There are various reasons. My son has autism but it's a huge range of things: cancer, death in the family, making a difference, etc.

It was so great! They send one parent and the child so it was a great chance to have one on one time with just my son. They paid airfare, hotel accomodations at Port Orleans Riverside, 5 day park hopper/water park tickets, and $300 spending money! The only thing we had to pay was food. I can't think of anything I would have rather won! The memories we made on that trip were better than any prize I can think of!
