Wines From So Africa @ Ak?

I think I read somewhere that there is a
shop where you can purchase very good wines from
South Africa? Is this true? Does anyone remember the
varieties/prices? can you have the shop deliver to your
onsite resort? thanks!

Anything you purchase can be delivered, I like Indaba I think it is AKL's house wine but I'm not sure. It was the wine that conciege put out with the cordials at night when we stayed there. I get it locally for about $5 at Trader Joe's.

I would like to know if there is a wine list available also. They have a nice selection in Germany (if you care for German wines) also in Italy I think (I know I split a wine flight with a friend there anyway).

I know the gift shop at the Animal Kingdom Lodge has a good selection of these wines; I don't know of one in the AK park that does, but somebody else might...

One of my favorite South Aftican reds is Goats Do Roam. I always have it with my meal at Boma's. You can buy it in the gift shop at AKL. $12.

The story goes that wherever the goats "roamed" to graze, it turned out to be excellent locations for planting vineyards.

Thanks for the info guys! My plan is to bring a couple
bottles home, tho I am not sure if I will be able to
resist drinkin' em while still on vacation........
