My husband and I are wine drinkers but often cant finish a bottle. If we have each have a glass one night - Will the bottle travel with us for the next nights dinner?

Yes, they will hold it for you and your servers will bring it to each restaurant (except Palo).

My wife and I are just like you. We did not purchase a wine package but just bought a bottle at a time and took two nights to finish it, plus one bottle of champagne (we were on the new years cruise this year).
I think the least expensive wine package is $175. We ended up spending $125. If you like chardonnay, I recommend the Fess Parker.

I am like you as well. My hubby and I will not drink a whole bottle with dinner, so the traveling bottle is good.

One thing about the wine package tho. If you do not finish all the bottles in the wine package on the cruise, they encourage you to take the rest of the bottles home with you. That way you can share wine and remember the good time you had on the cruise!

That would be the unopened bottles from the wine package?

Where can I find more information about the wine packages? I like the fact that the unopened wine can go home with us and I'm glad that open/unfinished wine can travel dining room to dining room with us. Can the open wine come with us from the dining room to our cabin? Thanks for your help. New Disney Cruisers here (Oct. 16th)

The wine packages are scanned on Barb's Platinum Castaway site.

We ate at Palo our first night on board - and we had 1/2 a bottle there - which caught up with us when we were at our regularly scheduled rotation the second night. I don't recall if they asked for our table number or rotation - but they must have. On the 4-night cruise - we had 2 bottles of wine.

When I cruise again - whenever that will be - I will definitely bring some wine on board. DH and I would have liked to have had some before dinner - or after dinner - but we stayed on our budget on board::yes::

And - no - I would never bring a bottle to dinner - I am way to cheap to pay the corkage fee.
