Wine Tasting - What time does it take place?

I've seen navigators with the days listed that they offer the wine tasting. Does anyone remember what time of day it takes place?

On our Sept 13, Western sailing, the wine tasting was from 2:30 to 3:30 on sea days and cost $12.00. You had to but tickets in advance at guest services.
