Some of the restaurant menus will suggest a wine to pair with your food selection, but aside from Victoria and Albert's (and some special dinners offered during the Food and Wine Festival at other restaurants), I have not seen meals prepared with wine pairings for each course at the signature restaurants where I have dined. You are pretty much on your own to select the appropriate wines... which is not a bad thing because to be honest, most of the time the staff at these restaurants is not very wine savvy. You will be hard pressed to find anything close to a sommelier. Additionally, the wine lists are pretty limited, and as expected, they are severely marked up. If you are thinking of BYOB you should also know that the average corkage fee is $25.

I will be interested to see if others have been to restaurants at WDW that offer wine/food pairings on a regular basis.
