Definitely prefer white!
Piesporter and Riesling are my favorites. German Rieslings are my preferred, but I do like Chateau St Michelle as well. I have yet to drink an Oregon or Washington Riesling I liked.
Love champagne and Prosecco too. And I throughly enjoy Costco Kirkland Prosecco. Nope, this girly girl doesn't need Dom Perignon. Give me that $6.99 ripple!!![]()
I will also enjoy Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc too.
.... yeah, now I want a glass of wine!!![]()
I love the Kirkland Prosecco! I have 4 bottles in the fridge now.Definitely prefer white!

DW likes reds -- mostly Pinot Noir. The Pinot we see most often in restaurants is Mark West and it's very good.
I'm not a big wine fan, but I do like Yellowtail Chardonnay from Australia. Very smooth.
I saw a funny YouTube video about Miami culture, and in the video one of the girls asked the waiter, "What's your cheapest pink wine?" Obviously a connoisseur!
There are low- and no-sulfite red wines, as well as products that supposedly remove sulfites. I say “supposedly” because I’ve never personally researched the credibility of those products because I, fortunately, can drink gallons upon gallons of red wine without issue.![]()
Chateau St. Michelle Riesling is my favorite white. Very drinkable, fruity and crisp.White. Riesling, specifically Chateau St.Michelle or Dr. Loosen
White: Riesling’s and Gewürztraminer’s
I also like Moscato, white is ok but I prefer blush. Barefoot and Flip Flop are my go to. Kirkland Sangria is pretty tasty too.
This past spring I started drinking St James Blackberry Wine and really like it. It’s sweet and flavorful, not dry.
Chateau St. Michelle Riesling is my favorite white. Very drinkable, fruity and crisp.
Have you tried Domaine Michelle Brut yet? It's Chateau St. Michelle's sparkling wine. In PA, it's about $11 per bottle and rivals Veuve Cliquot and Perrier Jouet for its fruit forwardness. I already bought our bottle for New Year's.
