Wine & Dine 2019 Early Registration--What am I not seeing??

Trying this morning to get in on early registration (Annual Passholder).

I go to the Annual Passholder page, follow the link to RunDisney, see the (generic) link for "Register now," but can't register.

Anyone have any tips?

The DVC early registration page also does not seem to be live yet. I wonder if it's a daylight savings time thing?

Link didn’t show up on ap page till 1020 by the time I got past the waiting page and signed in it was almost 11
