Wine and Dine Half..percentage full?

Just wondering if anyone knows what % full the 1/2 marathon is? My computer won't allow me to open up that website, so hoping someone can help. Didn't know if I needed to hurry and book.

I believe it is safe to say that it is still under 50% because they aren't yet posting a percentage full on the website.
