I went super plain. I got plain crust with nothing on it from Via Napoli and had half a bagel right before the race...that was all I could stomach. I didn't make it to the after party because I was so cold from the rain, chilled to the bone...couldn't warm up.I'm hoping I feel better in time. Now I'm really nervous. I've been losing liquid out both ends since 7:30 this morning and have been swinging between feeling so cold I'm shivering and being so hot Im sweating; overall I just feel crazy weak bs achey. Any advice for pre-race fueling on a compromised stomach? And would you risk eating the food and wine festival offerings post race?
