Windwood Bay area??? Any advice?

I am looking for a larger house to rent for three to four weeks the last week of May - June 20 or so of next year.

I see a couple in the Windwood Bay area that seem to have a good layout for us.

Last summer we stayed in Glenbrook. The drive wasn't bad at all.

Any ideas or advice?
