Windsurfing?

DH and I are considering buying in. So many questions, so many decisions. A big selling point for DH would be windsurfing. Is this possible/good at Hilton Head/Vero Beach. He has his own equipment, so he'd be bringing that with him. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

I've seen regular surfers at Vero so I'm assuming wind surfing would be possible as well. They tend to be up the beach slightly from the Disney resort closer to the public beach. (5 minute walk on the beach).
