Windsor Palms or Lindfields

I am going to rent a house for me and 3 DD. I basically narrowed it down to two properties. i am awaiting an answer to a few questions from the owners. But, I wanted to get some feedback on anyone who had experience staying at either Windsor Palms or Lindfields. It looks like Windsor has a whole clubhouse along with the private home pools.

Yes you are right Windsor Palms does have a great club house and pool in the neighborhood! I think both neighborhoods are very nice and you should be happy in either one!

We've stayed at Windsor Palms twice and had good experiences. It's a gated community with a clubhouse, pool, playground, tennis courts and basketball courts. It was a great place to stay, close to stores, restaurants and of course, Disney!

I have to agree we rented a home there while we were looking to buy a home, but we looked in Lindfields at some homes while we were there and the neighborhood was nice, we bought in Indian Creek right next to Windsor Palms because we just liked that area.

Thanks all, I believe I have a house rented in Windsor Palms. It does look good on paper. I hope it comes through. I have pending divorce and i am just going with my 3 DD. So, we will (hopefully) enjoy the ride from NJ, all 16 hours!!!

Renting a house In Windsor from a gentleman who lives in the UK. He takes care of the rentals himself. I am getting a little leery becasue how id he going to take care of everything in FL when he is overseas. I have an email in to him to see. There is no real comments on his site either. He does seem nice via emails though.

He should have a management company in the area to oversee things in FL. A lot of owners do reside abroad or like us in a different state!

I would like to you be happy renting from a fellow owner so I am pleased to help if possible.

Thanks Kay. he does have a company taking care of things for him. He lives in UK and is going to call me up so we can talk. He seems nice.
