Windsor Hills?

Our family will be visiting WDW in late March 2005. I was looking through properties on the vrbo.com website and noticed that there is a new development, Windsor Hills, which is supposed to be open as of next month.

Does anyone have any information on the state of readiness of the development? As I mentioned, we're not going to be travelling until March, but I want to be sure that the pools and other amenities are open and we wouldn't be staying in a construction zone. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

The woman that we rent from at Windsor Palms said that about 1/4 to 1/2 is ready. She has closed on one of her homes there and is closing on the other this week.
