Hi,

Was just wondering if anyone could give me any links to condos they have rented in Windsor Hills before.

It's just me and my boyfriend going so would only really need a one or two bedroom condo. Ideally something not very expensive either.

Thanks for your help

Hi Sam - you'll find a good selection on here:

Sorry that I don't have the links, but we've stayed in 3 different condos and were happy with each of them. We did enjoy last year staying above the 1st floor for a different view.

We stayed at a three-bedroom unit called "Heinz House" about a year ago. Nice place. No complaints at all.

One day we headed out for Disney and forgot to shut, much less lock, the front door. Came back and everything was still there after having the door ajar all day.

Thank you so much for all your replies :)

I am so excited planning this trip.

I just want everything to be perfect.

Everyone on this forum is so helpful

I'm going to probably book with vacationcentralflorida.com

We've booked through VacationCentralFlorida several times and have always had a good experience. Most times you can't beat their prices, especially during off peak times.

Yes, I'm going in September and time can't find any other brokers getting close to their prices. And from looking at photos, the higher priced rentals don't really offer anything above and beyond what Vacation Central Florida is offering. I guess they are just looking for more $$$ to pay their mortgages???

They have some new townhomes that they're managing as well as a vacation home in Reunion and I couldn't believe their introductory prices on those. If you go on the vacationcentralflorida page it's on the right side of the page under the "more units" tab. We were able to book Thanksgiving week in a 3 bedroom townhouse at Windsor Hills for $537!!! We'd been toying with the idea (because our kids would only miss 2 days of school that week) and took it as a sign when we found a TH at such a low price so we booked. We know crowds at WDW will be huge, but we'll have APs and we'll also visit Universal with our APs.

This has opened up a whole new view on Orlando vacations for me.

I always think of it as unattainable...and now....I think I may try to make this journey every other year....at least! maybe not always to WDW....but there is so much to do there....

We are booked in Windsor Hills for 3/29 - 4/5 3 bedroom unit for $753.55....compared to onsite at $1400 and up for a family of five.

This will be our first stay there and I am So excited!!!

P.S. thanks Gr8t for the tip!!!!!!!!

My issue with Vacation Central Florida is that you can only book Sat -Saturday rentals. We go for 9-10 days so we would never book through them.

So glad that it worked out for you! Normally the weeks near Spring break are priced a little higher (our 2015 trip at WH in a 3 bedroom condo during Spring break will be about $925), but it's still a great deal for a great resort and our kids will be off on break so they won't miss any school.

We got an amazing deal for Thanksgiving, 2014 in a 3 bedroom TH at Windsor Hills - $550! Our kids only have 2 days of classes that week so we couldn't resist scheduling a bonus trip. I'm thinking that DH will like the cooler weather in November so much better than August that we may try to make it an annual tradition instead of our summer trips.

.

That is true...but for an onsite hotel...or even an offsite suite...it was pushing $1000 and up. So that was an amazing deal for the space we needed!

That is Awesome! That is what I mean....you can not get a hotel anywhere decent for $550 a week!

I went over Thanksgiving break when I was in High school and I really liked it. I loved seeing the transition from Fall to Christmas! I remember swimming and going to a water park so it should be great weather!
