Is it common for owners to take checks instead of charge cards or paypal for payment? Also, how old is Windsor Hills?

Many owners will take personal checks aswell as the other options but only if there is suffiicient time for the funds to clear through the bank. We take checks as well as Paypal but not for last minute bookings but most people opt for Paypal to use a credit card.

As far as I am aware Windsor Hills is about 5-6yrs old but I'm sure someone will be able to clarify this

We've paid with cheques before but prefer visa or paypal. You can ask if their management company will accept payment by credit card or paypal. We've also done that when the owner doesn't have the ability to do so.
Windsor Hills townhouses and condos and the pool homes closest to the entrance were built in 2005- 06. The rest of the pool homes in the original section 2006 -07 and the pool homes in the reserve section 2007 and on going.

I paid my deposit with a check. Didnt make a difference to me, saves them from paying a credit card fee at their end.

how old is Windsor Hills?

Part of the Reserve is still under construction, only a few lots remain unsold; original development from around 2004 - so one of the newer resort communities.
