Windsor Hills - We are here!

It's so nice to hear great things about the rental. You will have lots of years to keep returning to Disney. We have been going since the girls were 6 and 7 and now they are in high school and graduating next year. We have gone other places too but Disney seems to keep us coming back regularly for memories and nostolgic reasons. Would love to read a trip report, if you plan on doing one although I know if takes time after returning to get rested and such.

The grounds are in great shape! Very nice. There are no planned activities for kids. That would be great if they had them like the Disney resorts..

UMMM Im not so sure this is accurate...
When we were there on the white board outside the store they were posting activities...on several dates People from Gatorland came by with animals for the kids to interact with...There were other activities as well...Pool games etc...We REALLY loved the movie theatre...go into the office ask to see the MOVIE book..we watched an AWESOME muppets movie...all on a HUGE screen....and had the theatre to ourselves...see my trip report in my siggie from 2011

They had some activities when we were there in 2010. I remember it vaguely cause we were always too busy to participate in them

Hmmm...would love to hear if anybody knows of activities. Maybe they don't start until summer? Right now we have a reservation at Mystic Dunes, which sounds like it might be right next door to Windsor Hills from what I've read so far. We may consider a last-minute change to Windsor Hills though. Will know more by NEXT weekend!
