Windsor Hills VRBO Question

We are looking at a rental in Windsor Hills that is listed on VRBO and on Homeaway but there are no reviews on either site, even though they purchased the property in 2011. Should this be something I should worry about? I have rented in Windsor Hills several times and have never had a problem but there were always reviews that I could check. The number listed on each is 3672571 and they call it Dream Villa. I did a search for dream villa but I only found different homes that were called the same thing. Nothing came up under the property ID #. Maybe I am just being paranoid. Anyone stay here before or have any ideas?

While I have never stayed at that house, we have rented places before with no reviews and never had a problem. I tend to not be a worrier anyway, so take that in consideration too!
