It looks nice and is much less than the other properties. There aren't any reviews though and it makes me wonder why it's so inexpensive.

That's a vacationcentralflorida.com property at Windsor Hills. We've used them for 2 and 3 bedroom condos and many here have booked townhouses with them. Their rates start at $499 a week, but that's only for a few weeks of the year.

I am staying at one of their properties in a few days. I wish that there was a place to see actual reviews of all of their properties. But, with that said, everything that I have ever seen posted about them on here has been positive. I HOPE that is in fact the case when we check in!!!

I wish that there was a place to see actual reviews of all of their properties.

They did just post a whole bunch of reviews on their properties. They posted photos of handwritten comments in the guestbooks from their properties during 2013. There is a link on their main page for 2013 Reviews.

I have seen those reviews as well. But, I take them with a grain of salt since they were the one chosen to be publicized by the owner. Some places such as trip advisor has much more unbiased reviews.
