Windsor Hills Townhomes-George Quinlan

We have never rented a house or townhome before when doing a disney vacation and started to look at Windsor Hills after such great reviews on here. Has anyone rented a townhome from Mr. Quinlan (www.5min2disney.com)??? If you have was it a good experience?

I haven't personally stayed there but it was on my list of possibilities because I had read good reviews somewhere here on it and he seemed pretty professional. We ended up renting through vacation central florida because their prices were so good.

We stayed at one of his units last Spring.

Very nice unit. In fact nicer than i expected. Hewas easyto communicate with both phone and email. Everything he said / advertise was exactly as described.

Only gripes were the packnplay for our kid was not cleaned. We had to scrub it down. The unit we stayed view to the back was unappealing view of an empty lot. Not a big deal though.

If i actually wanted to ever stay at Wh again, i would definetly rent from Quinlan.

I'd rent from George Quinlan again (and may be this summer, actually. We haven't decided about onsite vs offsite.)

For those that have rented from him, do you recall if any of the units had toys that are appropriate for toddlers? His decription vaguely references "toys" but that can mean a lot of different things.

I would email George to ask about the toys, I was looking to rent from him over Christmas and found him very responsive. he used to post on these boards some time ago but I haven't seen him around for some time

I got a quote from him too. He was a good bit higher than the other quotes I received. But looks like a nice place!

We rented a townhome from him 2 yrs ago. Very nice! Easy to deal with. Super nice townhome
