4. Merge onto World Dr 1.9 mi - 3 mins
5. Take the ramp to Downtown Disney/Epcot Resorts 0.3 mi
6. Merge onto E Buena Vista Dr 0.6 mi -1 min
7. Turn left at Epcot Resort Blvd 0.3 mi - 1 min

I've made it from the townhome door in Windsor Hills Resort to the parking lot in Epcot in 7 minutes (I timed it). Keep in mind, I did catch both traffic lights on the way there green, your mileage may vary! Jellyrolls is at the Disney Boardwalk which is right next to Epcot.
