Windsor Hills Romancing the Mouse

Does anyone have experience here? Looking at the 4-bedroom/4-bathroom house. It sounds great for seven of us and the price seems really unbeatable, but we've always stayed on-site so not sure what to expect here.

We've always stayed on-site and always at FW so this is all new to me
