Windsor Hills Rental Question

Has anyone here rented from the Carters in Windsor Hills? Townhome? I really liked it but am so leary after reading some of the past posts---not about the Carters but about getting scammed, etc.....need some reassurance if possible .

The tax records check out for these owners and if this is the same townhouse, then we've used this management company for another WH townhouse. It was a husband and wife team that lived in WH at that time. We spoke to them while we were there a couple times and they were nice.

Great! Yes, I received a response from them and that is the management company they use...so helpful...looking like I'm heading this way .

We rented this condo last year. I found the Carters great. We had no problems with the unit during the time we were there. It was clean and nice, the location was good.

I think, to be honest, that there are prettier units (decoration, carpets etc) but for the price it couldn't be beat. We would rent there again but perhaps try a different unit the next time just for curiosity.

We LOVED Windsor Hills and would go again in a hearbeat ! Soooooo close to WDW !!

Yes, they did seem really nice. Regarding the comment about decoration, etc....that was exactly what I was worried about and when I showed my DH he said he'd rather stay somewhere different (my girls too) and I believe it was because of the sparseness of it AND the fact the TV's weren't flatscreen lol. So....we went a different route.

That is why we decide against it as well. It just did not seem updated at all.
