Windsor Hills pool heated in April?

I'm researching places and WH is one that I'm interested in. I'm not sure if I want a pool home, a townhome or condo but I know that if I rent a pool home I would spend the money on pool heat.

If the only pool my kids have is the main pool, is it heated in mid April?

The community pool is heated all year round.
