Windsor Hills Owner Question

Hello All,
This is my first time staying offsite and I am considering Windsor Hills. I have checked out several places and have found a few I like. I recently heard back from the owner of 2508 Renshaw (3 bedroom townhouse). His name is Neil. Wondering if anyone has rented from him before and what your thoughts are? His email response seemed very nice and genuine.

Can't say I know him, but there's lots of homes there! (I do know a lot of other owners there).

If you like the home and feel comfortable with the owner, I would say go for it!

The resort is gorgeous, so are the townhomes!

We rented 2508 Renshaw from Neil and Margaret last Sep/Oct. They are very nice and their place is nice also. When we stayed there was a queen size master bed and a double downstairs but since then he has changed the master to a king and put the queen downstairs. They were due to visit after we left and were planning the upgrades while they were there. Their management people live in WH and were available within 5 min. when we wanted the pool heat turned down. I think it must have been about 105 degrees, much too hot for us. The free phone calls and high speed internet were good to have. We had no complaints and would rent again from them.
