I have a few homes in WH picked out, SIL seems to like the ones in Arcadia. Can anyone compare these two? From what I've seen, both look nice. The price of the Arcadia homes are more expensive. I don't see any "extras" at Arcadia either.
Acadia Estates has large homes, no resort facilities. Windsor Hills is a larger development and has resort facilities. Both are in the Formosa Gardens area, convenient for Disney.
If you check out this map you will be able to see from the satellite picture what each place looks like. Acadia Estates is very small compared to Windsor Hills and as stated before it has no resort facilities like WH.
Acadia Estates is L shaped with just a cul de sac: Wyndham Pointe Ct. Has about 32 homes and Windsor Hills has hundreds.It has a coded gate and WH has a manned security gate.

The section of WH that appears to be a sand lot is mostly finished now.
