Windsor Hills Management Co Question

Has anyone rented from "RentSunnyFlorida",they are a management company and owner.
I just rented from them at a very good deal, checked them out as best I could. Went on appraiser site and they are the owners of condo i rented. JUst wondering if anyone had any experience with them.
