I think we've decided to stay at Windsor Hills. The pool sold us. We want a 3 bedroom condo with 2 king beds and then 3rd bedroom to have some sort of Disney theme but no bunk beds.

Anyone have a recommendation for me of who/where to rent from?

thank you!

ps I will also take recommendations for other condo's but am trying to stay with everything on one floor and as close to Disney as possible. :)

Have you tried www.vrbo.com? We have had good success with them in the past renting condos and houses --not just at Disney but at the beach as well (SC and FL)

Thank you. I"ll try that.

I'd still love any and all recommendations from people that have stayed here.

You might have a little trouble finding 2 kings. I've been looking at 3BR and haven't seen that. Would a king and queen be OK?

It would be ok but we're going with my parents so I thought it would be nice if we could each have a king bedroom.

We went last year and stayed at Vista Kay in Orlando and they ended up with the queen bedroom and I felt kind of bad about that.

I agree with this. Most will have a King, Queen, & 2 twins.

And it's funny that the OP mentioned Vista Cay because we stayed in a 3 bedroom there that did have 2 Kings!

Found these with 2 kings and one bedroom with 2 twins but only one had themeing in the twin room I think.

Thanks so much! I've been having a lot of problems getting the VRBO site to work on my computer. This helps me narrow it down a ton!

Thanks to everyone else too!

Yes we stayed at Vista Cay last year and LOVED it! It was so big. I believe bigger then Windsor Hills. I would stay there again but I want to be closer to Disney. When we stayed last year we only went to Universal and Sea World.

Hi ChicagoShannon,
This is my first post but I just wanted to recommend condo 68791 at vrbo.com. My family and I stayed there in July of last year. It was great! It is not exactly what you requested but there were 3 bedrooms, 1 was a king, 1 was a queen and 1 had 2 twins. My kids 3 and 7 at the time loved their bedroom. It wasn't exactly Disney themed per se but had Disney stuffed animals and I belive 2 Disney pictures in their room. They also had their own TV w/DVD player. The owner was great to work with and the resort was beautiful.

Try www.vacationcentralflorida.com. I'm not sure they have any condos with 2 king bedrooms, but you could check it out. We stayed in a 2 bedroom last year and it was terrific. This year we'll be in a 3 bedroom and I'd be happy to report upon our return!

Thank you everyone! I have some great choices now and just have to narrow it down.

It will be my daughters first trip. She will be almost 3 (going before her b-day so she's free ;) ) We can't wait to go!

We’ve used Florida Sun Vacation Homes (www.floridasunvacationhomes.com) several times now and have always found them to be a reputable company to deal with. In fact, we are five days away from our stay in one of their gorgeous 5-bedroom homes in Windsor Hills. Based upon what you said you were looking for, I thought this condo “Pinocchio’s Paradise” might be a possibly for you.

Best of luck in your search!

Thanks Michelle. I found Pinocchio's paradise last night and it's on the top of my list. I can't book it til the end of next month though (11 months out)

are not that big, so even if you find one with two kings, it might feel cramped in that room. I'd rather have a room that feels bigger with a queen bed than a king bed that consumes the room.

This one has the set-up of 2 kings, but the other room isn't themed.

These one has the set-up and have a bit of a "themed" room for the third
