Windsor Hills grocery shopping and breakfast

What is the best place for breakfast and grocery shopping near Windsor Hills? We are arriving late at night and the first thing we will do in the am is grab breakfast and hit the grocery store.
A couple of things to note: I hate Wal-Mart and I try to keep it local when eating out, especially when on vacation.

We are staying here as well.
I guess this won't help since you hate Wal-Mart but I heard there is a new one being build (or just recently opened) almost across the street from Windsor Hills properties.

The Walmart is complete and is a zoo. Best to avoid grocery shopping there. There are several grocery stores in close proximity including a Publix. We have found the Super Target at Rolling Oaks to be the best for selection and price. Aside from the merchandise side, they have a full grocery with deli and bakery. Regarding your breakfast inquiry, there are hundreds of restaurants all within a few miles of WH. You won't have to travel far to find breakfast, lunch or dinner.

I've been to that Walmart once and said never again. My preference is definitely for the Publix or Target.
