Windsor Hills for party of 16?

I just discovered Windsor Hills and have been viewing some of the beautiful homes. Does anyone know of any that can sleep a group of 16? The largest I've found so far is 14. Thanks!

It's probably only going to be 14. Two people in each of 6 bedrooms and two on a sofa bed. There's 7 bedroom homes in Emerald Island and huge 7 and 8 bedroom homes in Formosa Gardens that will sleep more.

Windsor Hills only goes up to 6 bedroom homes that will accommodate a max 14 guests. You will either need two homes there or to have a 7 bedroom home. The nearest communities with 7 bed homes are Formosa Gardens and Emerald Island.

For homes at Emerald Island look at www.StayAtEmeraldIsland.com I don't know if there is a similar site for Formosa Gardens.

There is no website that lists all the Formosa Gardens vacation homes, but many of them are listed on VRBO

The above link lists all the Formosa Gardens rentals on VRBO, many of the homes will sleep 16.

Here's another that looks great in Formosa Gardens.

We drove around FG when were we down in March and it's a very nice subdivision and it's only a couple of minutes from 192. You could walk if you wanted up to Red Lobster or Outback Steakhouse. It would only take 5 or 6 minutes to get to AK, depending on the traffic lights.
It's across Livingstone Rd from Windsor Hills.

The walk between FG and the shops can be a nice stroll, but I certainly wouldn't recommend it during the summer months as its way too hot.
