No, you shouldn't be worried. Post the website, sometimes people forget the name but remember the what it looked like. Also, if the townhouse has been sold the new owners will pick out their own name for it.

House looks nice. They may be new owners since their names didn't come up on the Property appraiser site but they did come up on the county tax collector's site. (When I looked back to 2006 someone else owned it.)
They do own a townhouse on Otterspool St which is one of the streets in the WH townhouse section and they've paid their taxes.

I see that this thread is old, but did any of you stay at the Disney Oasis townhouse yet? I have it booked after Christmas 2009. I think that the owner is very nice and answers any questions very quickly. Am just curious about other peoples experiances.

I would like opinions too... My DH and I rented from Windsor Hills last February, but would like another option in the neighborhood. Even though it was just the two of us in a townhouse, we enjoyed the space. We were able to get a week that was in between bookings, so we got a break on the price .
