Windsor Hills Condos- How loud?

I was looking at Windsor Hills condos (2 or 3 bedrooms) and also am considering townhome villas there or at Emerald Island. I was wondering about how the sound was in the condos regarding hearing other guests in the rooms and the activity at the pool.

Is there a real advantage being at the top floor and/or corner unit? What about 2 vs 3 bedroom.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom townhome there last year and loved it! It was very quiet and we'll be staying the same one this year. I did have friends stay at the condo's there and had a wonderful time but it was a bit loud sometimes (they may have been close to the stairs/elevator) but they had a wonderful time. I think it also depends on when you're going as far as noise level. We loved Windsor Hills! The pools/clubhouse etc all were great.
