Okay, looking at a 3 BR condo at Windsor Hills for next summer. Those that have been and would like to recommend I would appreciate. If you want to go the route of private message, that would be fine. Thanks in advance!

You have a lot of options in terms of who to rent your Windsor Hills condo through. You can rent directly with the private owner: vrbo.com or windsorhillsrent.com (there may be other sites/points of contact but these are the only two I am familiar with)

You can also go through a property management company (which is what we did). Here are the links for some of the well known ones:

- Florida Sun Vacation Homes (www.floridasunvacationhomes.com)
- Magical Vacation Homes (www.magicalvacationhomes.com)
-Vacation Central Florida (www.vacationcentralflorida.com)
- All Star Vacation Homes (www.allstarvacationhomes.com)

We rented our 3 bedroom condo through Florida Sun Vacation Homes and would highly recommend them. They were very professional, the rental process was simple and straightforward, we got a great rate ($79/night with an additional 15% off discount), and our unit was very clean and looked just as pictured online.

Good luck :thumbsup2

We used Vacation Central Florida in April, 2012, and would not hesitate to rent from them again. We rented Unit 204, a 3 bedroom condo, and everything was exactly as it should be. The unit was spotless and fully equipped down to beach towels for the pool. There was just enough "Disney" decor to get that "feel" without being over the top. We did rent using one of the $299 specials. I was initially worried that it might be too good to be true -but I worried for nothing.

We just got back from a stay at one of Vacation Central Florida's units and would not hesitate to rent from them again.

This is a great thread. We have a family of 5 and for the first time I'm considering moving our vacation offsite. The kids want to go to Lego Land and my husband wants to go to Universal. Seeing how nice some of these vacation homes look, it almost seems too good to be true, but we are planning to drive down to Florida so we will have a car and we will try staying offsite for our next trip.
