Hi everyone,

My DH & I and some of my family are leaving in 8 days for Disney and are staying at a condo at Windsor Hills. They told me when we reserved it that there weren't any handicapped accessible units available but that we should have no problem maneuvering my DH's wheelchair around inside.

Anyone else in a wheelchair ever stayed in one of these condo's?

I have not stayed there but I have seen the inside of one of the units....they have a bedroom with a king size bed on the bottom floor that can easily be gotten around in a wheelchair and their shower is large enough for a bath chair but it is a step into shower you cannot wheel in, not a large step into just a little ledge so to speak...I don't really know how to explain, with a hand held shower head.

Was going to stay there our next trip to WDW but they wanted 200 dollar deposit plus another 200 for my doggie :scared1:
