We were not at that exact condo, but stayed at their 204B last month and loved it. By the pictures, 204B looks a little bigger than 301, but very similar. Dave was wonderful to work with. He returned e-mails incredibly fast and sent wonderful directions re: how to find the condo, ect. The condo seemed bigger than the pictures and had new furniture in the living room (newer than those pictured on their site). Both Dave and the local management company both called within 30 minutes of arriving to make sure everything was fine. Everything was extremely clean (and I am a clean freak). Loved the Disney touches throughout. It was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was perfect. Like others have posted, it is wise to bring more toilet paper (just the roll hanging in the bathrooms), paper towels (none provided), hand soap (I think there was a small travel-size wrapped bar in each bathroom) and laundry soap. Everything else we needed was already there. They ask that you wash your towels before you leave so you will need laundry soap for this. (Target sells tiny bottles of All that do 2 loads in their travel size section that worked perfectly for us).
I had been worried about not staying on property as we have never stayed off property before, but this condo and company may have even been better than staying on property and we saved money both on the room and being able to make breakfast at the condo and pack a lunch for the parks. Our freezer even had several freezer packs in it to pack our lunch. The buildings, grounds and pool were all very nice. It was a great company to work with and if we are ever able to go to WDW again, we will definately check into them again. Good luck on your decision.
