Windsor Hills Again....

I have found this home on vrbo. 138653 the website is mickeysmagic . I have a few questions...First off I have done a search on these 3 sites for verification
Tax Records
Land Records
Property Appraiser
I read on trip advisor that someone stayed in a home next to someplace that gave off really bad smells.
This house is Lot 85 and it's in phase 6 on Bowrings St. does anybody know if this is in a bad area.
Also where can I find reviews, I've searched on here but nothing seems to come up. Anyone with experience in rental homes could you please help me. I've never stayed in a home before and not sure what else I should be doing. Thank so much for anyone who can help.

First of all the reviews that you read about a place that had smells was for Windsor Palms not Windsor Hills. There are a few homes in Windsor Palms that border on the water treatment plant and people say when the wind is from the east that they get a smell. I don't know, I've never stay there.
I have stayed in Windsor Hills and there are no bad areas. I think you'll be fine on Bowring St. We were on Teascone in the new section and our home backed onto the homes on Bowring. There was some construction for us across the road on Teascone but nothing disruptive. All the homes on your street are done. There's even a small playground in the area between the Bowring and Pawnall. You probably won't find many reviews because these homes are brand new. We've stayed in vacation homes many times and in WH 3 times. It's a great place.
I think all that's left for you to do is sit back and enjoy the ride.
