Windsor Hills 3 BR Condo w/Bunk Beds in 3rd room....

OK...anyone have experience renting a 3 bedroom condo with bunk beds??

We're leaning towards a 3 bedroom with 2 Queens and 2 twins but there's a chance my parents may now join us...so we're now looking for 3 bedroom with 1 of the rooms to have 2 sets of bunks for our 3 kids...we could get this condo for $450 [a great deal I know].

But I'd really like bunks for the kids so all 3 can sleep comfortably.

I've looked at floridasun and they're TOO expensive. They want >$1K for May 31 - Jun 6, 2009. I've gotten many quotes for much less [albeit with no bunks].

Also checked windsorhillsrent and same problem. I searched for a few hours yesterday without much luck but it's hard to find the descriptions....

Does anyone have ideas for me?

I'll probably just bring an Aero bed but thought it would be great if kids had fun bunks.

I used to own a home in Windsor Hills...It is a great community if you havent already been there. Make sure to check out the Olympic size Lagoon style pool with waterslides. There is also a very nice children's play area and putting greens. The sundry shop there has everything you could want and MORE. Have a great time.

I've only seen 1 or 2 properties with bunk beds and those were on florida sun.

Where are you getting the quotes for $450?
