Windsor Hill Condo Parking

We are thinking about renting a 1st floor condo at Windsor Hills but now am thinking of renting a townhome just for the ease of parking. We would like to have a short walk between the car & the rental due to aging parents & young children. Anyone have comments on ease of parking in front of your condo unit? We're going the last week of April.

We've stayed in the condos twice and never had any trouble finding parking close to our building. I think the farthest we've had to park was right across the street - not a long walk at all.

We had the same experience in Dec when we stayed there. During the whole week we only had to park across the street 2 times, and that was both in the afternoon and evening when we came back. The rest of the time we were right in front of our area of the condo.

We've never had trouble parking right in front of our building - even during Thanksgiving week.

A townhouse with stairs may be a bigger negative than dropping off your passengers close to the door and staying in a one level condo. Just a thought...

Thanks everyone for the feedback. The reassurance about the parking was helpful in pushing us to the condo over the townhome. Each had their pros & cons but if parking was going to be more difficult, it would have been a dealbreaker.
