window table.....

Well I tried searching but couldnt get a def answer. Lets say you are eating somewhere that has a view of wishes. Is there any way to reqest a window table? if yo can request it do you do it early by contacting the place or do you ask when u get there....? I wish I could tell more but someone else happens to browse this site so this is where my story has to end with no details....just would really like to make the night special...

You can ask when you check in at the restaurant, but it is only a request and may not be met. I know I have asked for a window table the last two times I've been at Narcoosee and both times was seated on the upper level. Also the last time I was at Citricos and the last three times I've been at 'Ohana, I've been unable to wait for a window table. Unfortunately just about everyone asks for them, so only a few can get them. Hopefully you get lucky.

Last year at Ohana DH and I got a window table and didn't even ask. However it was noted on our ADR that it was our honeymoon so that could be why we got such good seats. I don't know if it was luck or not. So my advice is to definately note it on your ADR that you are celebrating a special occasion. And it can't hurt to ask once you get there.

. . . you will be required to take the first table available
. . . window or not
