Window opens tonight, and I'm overthinking everything

OK, I know I'm overthinking here and it will all be wonderful even if I don't get everything perfect. I do know that, really, but with that said I am trying to get as much of it "right" as I can. I have 2 daughters under 8 so Frozen will be a high priority for us. We're going June 5th, so everything is up in the air and I'm trying to figure out what days I should allocate where so I can book FP tonight, but still have flexibility to change most things around (without losing FP+ for things I won't be able to re-book).

My original plan is/was:
Arrival day: Epcot, 3:00 ADR at Akershus (and in a dream world we FP+ Frozen stuff)
Monday 6th: MK, 11:10 BoG early lunch (and likely evening somewhere else)
Tuesday 7th: Water park + late afternoon/evening at HS (very little we want to do there. Frozen sing-along and TSMM is about it)
Wed/Thu - Universal + water parks
Fri - AK
Sat - MK + anything we missed.

But, I do have a PPO ADR for Akershus booked for Tuesday the 7th and wondering if I should switch up my Epcot and HS days in order to give us a way to shorten potentially horrible lines for FEA and/or Anna & Elsa M&G. The problem with that is that we'd essentially be wasting our Akershus ADR as we'd either be rushing through so quickly in order to get out PPO (which may not even be possible), or if we actually enjoy the breakfast then we won't be into the park until after RD anyway, so not sure there'd be a benefit to that?

I am in the same boat with the Frozen stuff. I really wish they would come out and just tell us when Fast passes will open up. I am also waiting on Rivers of light. It is really hard to plan anything right now. If the 7th will get you back to frozen early then I would switch or just hold on to both until you know about fast passes.

I'm not worried about getting all our must DOS..we are flexible...just using the system for the first time..
And excited about our trip getting closer!..

My window opened up last night. I was up until 1 by the time I finished and then got ready for bed. I am exhausted to day at work. I know as soon as the Frozen stuff opens I will have to change stuff but for now I will just troll the forums for info on when they will open up. Not much else I can do. We will be at EPCOT twice so that gives me some choices.

The fast pass system is great because you do not have to run around the park to get them any more. Takes away the extra steps you would have in a day. We used the current fast pass system on our last trip. We would have to go to a kiosk to get the 4th fastpass and so one. That was a pain. Started April 10th you will be able to do it from the app. I am excited about that. it should make it easier and quicker.

Yeah FP are awesome, and I'm looking forward to the app updates! I only have one Epcot day planned, but we have hoppers so I will have flexibility to change things up so DDs can get their Frozen fix! (Hopefully, assuming it's open, or they keep them in MK!) Luckily they don't know anything about the new ride.

When I was booking last night they had not times for Anna and Elsa or Cinderella and Rapunzel. I heard that they are closing it in April or May. Made it sound like the move for Frozen will be by May 27th.

Yeah all signs are certainly pointing that way! I just hope if it gets delayed that they keep Anna and Elsa at MK (even if they continue to not offer FP).

I can't decide if the RoL delay is a good or bad sign for Frozen. Bad if it means they're falling apart over there and can't keep up with construction promises, but good if the Frozen people see the disaster of the RoL roll-out and it lights a fire under their butts to be on time for theirs! :)
