Okay I know I shouldn't do things last minute and if I didn't I would have bought Amy's transfer paper but I am so not organized for our trip in 6 days. So I bought the Wilton Transfer paper at Michaels, the light one and I used their program (Easy Image) and the instructions say to select the light fabric when you print so it does a mirror image but it didn't do that. Does anyone know how to do a mirror image on this program? How else can I print this? Can I just put it in word and mirror it there?
HELP

Also - yes I am hopeless......LOL
I bought the dark transfer from Wilton also but my ink bleeded out a bit, I printed that one from Word. Can I do anything to fix that?

In desperate need of help:worship:

I don't have any answer on the first question, but the Wilton dark transfers ran and smeared on me last year!! I will never use them again. If they are already smeared, they will probably only be worse if you get drops of water on them when you wear them (sweat, drinks, water rides, rain)

I don't know what other type to recommend besides Amys. I just did some shirts with Amys yesterday, let them dry 24 hours and TRIED to smear one and I couldn't!!!!! When do you leave? Maybe she can get them to you Express? They are just that good.

PS: I saw you'll be at CBR-We'll be there in 4 days!!!:cool1:

I just bought the Wiltons dark transfer paper  and I'm going to take it back next week - I don't really know what I'm doing :sad2: so I certainly don't need bad paper. :headache: Does anyone know how long it would take to get an order from Amy? We live in Kentucky. Thanks.

I would suggest you email Amy through her site and ask-she is very quick to reply and she is very helpful.

And sadly, I agree that you should return your wilton paper.

I just ordered from Amy last Saturday morning. She put the transfers in the mail that day and I received them on Tuesday. I just did my first test shirts earlier this evening (I have never done anything like this before) and it was SO easy. The colors on the dark transfers really do "pop". So far I am very pleased. :yay:

I bought the Wilton dark transfers & haven't seen a problem yet - though its hasn't been washed - but it has been wet
I also bought the Avery but that one's a pain in the rear to get the backing off
I would love to try Amy's but the price is just too steep for me..I buy the Wiltons with the 50% coupon...

BUt then if these others start to fall apart I guess the kids will end up naked on the trip 'cause they won't have anything else to wear..so maybe I should coudh upthe extra $10 :lmao:

Can someone send me the link to Amy's site for ordering transfer paper? I was hoping to make a few things before our trip in December. Thanks!

Amy's paper is unbelieveable. And you will make up the price difference by not having to remake the shirts. She is super fast with the shipping. I get mine in 2 days from AZ to OH. I do recommend the letting them set for 24 hours.
