Yes, me and hubby and our 8 year old grandson will be attending. We are actually on vacation the week before so that we could attend this pin event. Also have 2 friends joining us for the event. My grandson was very excited to see the map and pins--lots of his favorites! He hasn't done a pin event since the August one last year. Staying at Dixie Landing from 6/21-30.

I'm going to be there. And making the whole family go with me. You might see me with 5 people behind me with ropes on them because that is the only way I am going to get them there.
I have promised them food, and fun, but they don't believe me. They have been to events before, they know my idea of fun is not the same as theirs.

I just today got Fred and I registered for this event. The CM told me it is filling up fast. SO if you haven't registered yet, you better get on the ball before you miss out. I knew this was gonna be a popular one.

Oh Cathy , I am SO excited for you!! AND you who loves the patriotic theme! You will be in your glory!

I wish I could go, but not going to happen this time. Someday I will make an event.

BUT I need a really big favor......well besides wanting the Artist Choice pin......I mean this:

I am a sentimental fool, especially when it comes to Patriotic things. I cry easily, even when they play the National Anthem at ball games. You don't even want to see me at my Mom's little town's Fourth of July parade!!!

But what I am asking....I need you all to cry as I would. I know that sounds SO stupid, but what I mean is when you are at the event and at WDW and hear the National Anthem or another patriotic song, or a wonderful patriotic story, well up with tears as I would...so I will feel like I am there!

But most importantly.....HAVE FUN and give all our DIS pals a big hug for me!!!!!

We're arriving on the 29th, so I didn't buy a ticket because I wasn't sure of my timing to get to the CR. However, if things go smoothly, I may run over there later, and see what's going on. Maybe I'll even bump into some of you guys!
