Will Wonderground take phone orders?

Does anyone know if Wonderground in Downtown Disney takes phone orders and ships from the store? I live in Northern CA and really would like an item from there. I'm afraid it will no longer be available by the time I come for my next visit in November :-(

Check the Shop Parks app too, some of the items do show up there as well.
