Will we get a confimation?

Someone else had asked this ?? on another post, but i don't believe there was an answer yet. After we send in the $200 deposit, will there be any kind of confirmation letter or email? (in an effort to keep costs down There was also the question of being able to make additional payments besides the ones in July and October. I'd like to be able to do this as well. How about it? Yes, as soon as we go to contract (mid Feb), we will be sending out confirmations to everyone that registered for rooms. Event only confirmations will be sent via email.

My check was cashed also. When I sent the check I also enclosed a copy of the e-mail from Pete. Haven't heard anything by e-mail yet though. Can't wait.....can November take any longer to get here???
