Will we ever see Spectromagic again?

Just listening to MouseWorld Radio and the Spectromagic music came on-I hadn't realised just how much I miss seeing it! Does anyone think we will ever see it again? I prefer it to MSEP-the music is just so joyful and uplifting

Last summer, the floats were dismantles and discarded of (this was confirmed by Disney for all you naysayers), so the parade will most likely not be returning. MSEP seems to be here to stay for some time.

They even put tiny pieces of the floats into some limited edition pins at WDW. I want one really bad!!! ...They'll probably run out before I can get back there. :-(

You'd think they would have AT LEAST tried to combine some of the salvaged Spectro floats with some of the MSEP floats into a NEW nighttime parade.....then EVERYONE might be happy!!

I am sooooo thankful we have Spectro on video!!!

I miss spectro so much! I got married in September and and the music me and my husband walked out to was Spectro! I wish they would have brought it back and taken MSEP with them!

Rumor is that they weren't stored properly. The ended up getting water damaged or dry rotted or something. They were un-salvageable.

I am so sad! I was really hoping that they would bring it back - I thought that was the original plan. I agree with you OP - love the Spectro music - every time I hear it I get chills. It reminds me of the very first time we saw the parade sitting on the curb on Main Street back in 2002. It was the very first Disney parade our kids saw - it will always be our favorite!
