Will Universal do free child tickets????

Hi last year i am sure Universal did a free child ticket with every adult one bought.
Is this something they do every year if so does anyone know when this deal is likely to be,we go in april so wondering if i should hold off getting my universal tickets.

Very difficult to predict - Universal often have offers on but the type of offers vary.
