you may need to slip in a rest day! sounds like a very full 10 days. can't think of anything you have left out.

In theory, yes - you seem to have all the parks covered.

It can be difficult visiting the parks for a full day, every day - maybe you could consider a split visit, ie say MGM in the morning and EPCOT in the evening for example.
That would give you a day's rest perhaps?

I think after 4 or 5 days of spending each day at one of the parks you will be more than ready for a rest to be honest.

Just see how it goes and be flexible, you can change your plans when you get out there.

I know that I couldn't cope with so many full days, personally ;)

Again, just me, but I prefer to wind down in my resort on the evening we arrive, with a swim, a meal and an explore. I'm not sure I would have the energy to make it to DTD (unless my flight got in very early).

A very busy itinerary - you might want to take afternoon breaks. And you've missed Animal Kingdom! Personally I'd rather go there than Busch Gardens - and you could have a break on an AK day as it's not as intensive as the other parks and closes earlier (and you wouldn't have to drive all the way to Tampa and back)

Just my HO :)

As others have said it's a very busy schedule - personally I feel that I would need a another holiday to recouperate after this one ;)

If you can find a way of scheduling in some rest or pool time you may find that you get more out of the days as you will feel more refreshed :)

I would struggle and like Karen, couldn't do DTD on arrival day and would also struggle to go back to MK on the first full day - you'll be shattered by jet lag and an early rise.

Like some of the others have said, I'd skip BG for AK so you buld in some rest. It's a holiday not an endurance test - and it will be an endurance if it's in the summer heat.

I would swap just two things.

Hoop-Dee-Doo is a short boat ride away from the Magic Kingdom. Depending on the time of year and how late MK is open, you'd probably loose less time travelling doing MK on your HDD day.

Port Orleans Frech Quarter, which you can reach by boat from DTD, offers carriage rides. If you do your carriage ride on the first night, you won't loose travel time leaving a park. It might also be a neat way to kickstart the magic.

Split Epcot with a visit to another park - it doesn't need most of a day and avoid things like "The Land" and "Universe of Energy" ... unless you need a kip!

As for Day 10 - Discovery Cove & Blizzard beach in one day? That's a lot of money to spend on getting into DC if you're going to leave it for another water park. I'd make the most of DC and if you're still up for something after this go into Sea World for a second visit. TL is (IMO) the better of the two Disney water parks.

Whatever you do, you're gonna be very tired on that plane to NY ...

If you are determined to fill every day I would move TL to 4-5th day & use that like your break.I disagree with the others on swapping BG for AK,pound for pound BG has more to offer. If you do go with AK ,if you have a hopper,I would go back to Ep or MGM,which then gives you the option of finishing early on either of those days if fatigue kicks in. DC & BB in the same day! For the cost of DC I would have to be forcibly removed at the end of the day to make sure I got my money's worth!!
SD :thumbsup2

Thanks, going to use our 4 days in NYC as sort of a wind down, just sight seeing, nice walks etc.

As Johnny said we can always change our plans when out there, and if we do have any evening free's after the parks, we will just go to the hotel, lay by the pool, have some food etc.

spend an entire day at DC....you'll be paying a lot of money for that even if you're not swimming with the dolphins and it's a very exclusive day. If you want to leave after just a couple of hours then I'd be questionning why you went in the first place!

Youve wrote exactly what I was going to!!
I would most definitly go To animal Kingdom in front Busch Gardens..!

Regards DC - I say that due to a few reports I've read were people said they have gone their at 9am and been done by 2pm, could free up sometime for another park that day?

discovery cove is the sort of place where you will want to stay there for the whole day. only 1000 people are allowed in,so not crowded, and it is such a relaxing day! it is quite expensive so it makes sense to spend the whole day there :sunny:

In theory yes mate, it just depends as there are other things going on at DC besides the Dolphin swim, I think the comments raised regarding a split between another park were based upon the fact that DC isn't the cheapest day out and you may wish to make the most of it by staying longer.
