Will this skirt be too warm for August weather?

I like the red with white polka dots, and it's a decent price. It reminds me of minnie mouse's red polka dotted dress. Anyway, do you think the material will be too warm for a whole day outside at a theme park? There is an inner lining made of fake silk that could make it warmer, but then again, i can snip it off and wear bicycle shorts instead.

That skirt is super cute! I would say it wouldn't be too hot for a day at the park. It looks like it's a Chiffon fabric which is usually a pretty light fabric, and I think because the length is shorter it'll actually feel really light and airy. Cute find!
